Might want to keep some milk handy or maybe ice cream if your a little sissy.

The Recipe:

Grilled Stuffed Jalapenos

6 Jalapenos
4 oz. cream cheese
1 lb bacon
toothpicks for skewering

Cut jalapeno lengthwise in half, down the middle, removing the membrane and seeds.

Stuff each half with cream cheese and wrap with ½ piece of bacon, skewer with toothpick.

Heat grill to 400 degrees.  Place stuffed and wrapped peppers on the grill.  Cook until down side is brown and then flip to brown the other side.

Remove from grill and let cool before trying to eat.  That cheese gets really hot!

Happy Eating!
