Friday Night Burgers


Blue Cheese Stuffed Turkey Burger!


Look how juicy, don't you just want a bite of this?




The Players!



In a large bowl mix ground turkey breast, shredded zucchini, chopped onion, chipotle powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
(zucchini gives the burger moisture).



  Combine thoroughly.



Divide each burger in half and flatten into a burger shape.  Put a slice of blue cheese on top of one patty then layer the other patty on top, 



Seal the edges and pat back into a burger shape.  Continue until all four burgers are formed.



Cook in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray over a medium low heat for 4 minutes on the first side and 6 minutes on second side, cover and cook for additional 5 minutes.  


Then assemble with a slice of tomato and lettuce.
